How we Do?
Value Based Education
The Kalgidhar Trust UK in association with The Kalgidhar Trust India – Baru Sahib has developed a value-based education system combined with modern scientific English language based curriculum. The schools are set up in remote inaccessible areas, which are generally missed out by government and private education system, which find them unviable.
By motivating local donors to donate their lands and encouraging local volunteers to actively help in setting up the schools, the organization manages to create a sense of ownership and accountability within the community. After completion of the school programs, the students are well equipped for higher education and employment.
Value Based Education
The organization lays emphasis on educating the girl-child and believes that by educating a girl child, not only the entire family but 7 other families get educated.
Inclusive Schooling
The organization provides quality education and serves all people, regardless of religion, race, ethnicity or gender in the remote rural deprived areas of Northern India and believes that imparting value-based education not only meets the demands of the present time but also trains students to use their skills for the welfare of humanity.
The organization aims to make good quality schools accessible and available to all in remote rural areas. The target is to open 500 value based modern scientific schools by 2025, such that there is a school within 10-15 Kms in rural north India, this will give the rural masses a chance to participate in economic gains of the nation.

This educational system would produce productive citizens, which in turn would be a bulwark against social evils. It will lead towards sustainable employment for both men and women, which will bring prosperity and social harmony to the nation.
